NEW! Sacramento Community Center Theater Facility Fee

For all events held at the Sacramento Community Center Theater after June 30, 2008, a $1.50 facility fee is added to the price of each ticket. Tickets sold for events at the Memorial Auditorium or the Convention Center will not be subject to the facility fee.

The Community Center Theater has been a focal point of the local cultural scene since it opened in 1974. Although considered state-of-the-art at the time, after more than 30 years, the Theater is showing its age. Restoration is required for the Theater to remain competitive. Programs, such as the facility fee, will allow us to move forward with restoration plans for Sacramento’s performing arts and cultural center.
