How do I subscribe?

Full and mini-subscriptions for the 2010-2011 Season are now available. Full-subscriptions for all three productions are $45 to $226. Mini-subscriptions which include two productions are $33 to $194. To order over the phone, call the Sacramento Opera office at 916.737.1000.

Note: The Sacramento Community Center Theater Facility Fee of $3 per ticket applies to all ticket sales during the 2009-2010 Season. We have included the fee in your ticket price. All proceeds from the fee go to the restoration of the Sacramento Community Center Theater.

How do I exchange my season subscription tickets?

- Exchanges for season subscribers are based on availability. While we cannot guarantee the same seats, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

- The Box Office staff must have the exchanged tickets, for any performance, in hand by noon Wednesday prior to the opening Friday performance.

- Season ticket holders are asked to mail or bring tickets to the Sacramento Community Center Theater Box Office with the exchange requests noted.

- Exchanges can be made only for another performance of the same production.

- Please note that the difference in price will be charged for exchanges to a higher-priced seating location.

- There are NO REFUNDS on exchanges. Can’t use your tickets? We will give you a tax receipt for your donation, provided we have the tickets in hand by the Wednesday prior to the opening on Friday.

- Tickets may be exchanged only once for each opera.

What if I lose my tickets?

  • Replacement tickets can be issued to Season Ticket Subscribers by calling the Opera office at 916.737.1000 five days prior to the day of performance.
  • If the Opera office is closed, call the Community Center Theater Box Office at 916.808.5181 or go to the box office no earlier than one hour before the scheduled performance.
  • Replacement tickets can be issued only once per opera and will be held at Will Call one hour prior to curtain.
